Biro and watercolour copies of De Chirico's Metaphysical Interior

I chose to copy De Chirico's Metaphysical Interior in biro to highlight the sharp lines and shading of this angular painting. I then copied it in a more abstract way with watercolours.

Salt and Pepper Shakers

This is the first piece from my sketchpad. This was more difficult than I first anticipated as the refraction in the glass made the image harder to portray but to achieve the effect, I used light and shade to draw these salt and pepper shakers as my still life task.
