These are my final pieces for 'the body' project. I chose to mix the body with fabric to show contrast between the soft shapes of the legs and the crisp lines of the fabric. Oil paints were used in these paintings and I found influence form pre Raphaelite artists.
These pre Raphaelite paintings really influenced my own paintings with the light and dark of the fabric and the soft tones of the skin.
